Phoenix-Fences(Tremulance Remix)
After a brief week long hiatus filled with irrelevant projects on boring topics and little sleep I've made my way back through the smog to the blog. So here we have one of my all time favorite remixes of Fences by Phoenix. Check it.

Exit Through The Gift Shop-First 5 Minutes
I posted on the upcoming release of Exit Through the Gift Shop a few weeks ago--and--here's the first five minutes of the documentary. It follows Banksy, a mysterious graffiti artist who is well known for his street art in cities around the globe. The scene where he sticks his own artwork on the wall at the museum is just great.
Breitling 1960's Navitimer Watch
The Navitimer was the watch that launched Breitling from its aviation roots into the international symbol of precision and style it is today. This particular watch is available for around $2900 from ClassicWatch.com. I won't be buying it because I'm a poor college student..but I suggest you do if you have that kind of extra cash lying around for a watch.

Dinner for Schmucks Trailer
This hilarious trailer was just released for the upcoming movie "Dinner for Schmucks" starring some of the funniest guys in Hollywood--Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, and Zach Galifianakis. Rudd plays a successful businessman who, in order to get promoted, must attend his boss' annual Dinner for Extraordinary People where the winner is the person who brings the most eccentric guest. He hopes Carell will fit the bill, a man who is obsessed with using dead mice in works of art which he calls 'Mousterpieces'. Meanwhile, Zach Galifianakis is an expert in human mind control.

Delorean-Stay Close
Just in time for summer is Spanish quartet Delorean's new album Subiza (released 3/30)--a euphoric blend of delicate vocals, atmospheric guitars, and uplifting melodies sure to put you in that sunny weather mood. The great thing is that while these hombres are Spanish, they sing in English. This particular song 'Stay Close' has an surf-themed music video to go with it complete with waves, dolphins, dudes jumping in pools, and chicas in bikinis. Damn...I'm feeling so good that I think Delorean might be my new favorite band.

Futurecop!-N.A.S.A.
Futurecop! is a new duo of British artists who wanted to capture the sounds of 80's teen movies--as you can clearly see Molly Ringwald takes center stage below (Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club). N.A.S.A. is really a simple song, but I think they did a great job capturing the essence of that wonderful decade and bringing it into the new electronic era.

Wave Machines-Keep The Lights On
Here's a groovy track from the Wave Machines who played this year at SXSW--sounds like a mixture of Hot Chip and Spoon. Their music video is weird and kinda creeps me out but catchy song nonetheless.
