New to the now saturated boat shoe scene is Oak Streeet Bootmakers with another take on the American classic. Oak Street designs their collection in Chicago and produces them in Maine because everyone knows that's where all boat shoes come from. These kicks definitely have some character but come with a hefty price tag @220/pair.
Also, the Persol 714--designed by Steve McQueen and seen in the classic "The Thomas Crown Affair" was just re-released. Figured I'd mention it since these shades have more character than those plastic neon sunglasses you won at Discovery Zone.

Sebago by Ronnie Fieg
In the quest for a boat shoe that stands out above the traditional pair of Sperrys, I've found these new Sebagos to be the perfect solution. Here we have four variations of understated color that are all very unique. Right now I'm considering tossing my current pair in the garbage as they have recently become extremely stinky so I'm definitely in the market for this summer..
